Purpose of the call for tenders:

The German Knitwear Confederation (GESAMTMASCHE) in partnership with SODEFITEX is involved in a German-Senegalese textile partnership project. Through this partnership, the two organisations are cooperating in the implementation of the 2024/2025 agricultural campaign of the project to strengthen and extend organic and fair-trade cotton cultivation in Senegal through farmers’ field schools. As part of this project, organic fertilizers and bio pesticides will be supplied to participants in the farmer field school programme.

The Invitation to Tender is open internationally.

Participation in this Invitation to Tender is open on equal terms to all Companies with expertise in the field of agricultural inputs.

This Invitation to Tender comprises four (04) separate lots.

The main qualification criteria are as follows:

A- EXPERIENCE OF THE COMPANY ;

B- DELIVERY TIME ;

C- POSSIBILITY OF CARRYING OUT TRAINING SESSIONS IN FARMERS’ FIELD SCHOOLS.

The Contracting Authority will award the contract to the tenderer whose tender is judged to meet the required qualifications and is evaluated as the lowest bidder.
